Shipping Policy

With the exception of vacation periods, most orders received by 9:30 AM on a weekday morning are shipped that same day. If, because of unusual circumstances, we anticipate a shipping delay of more than 3 working days, we will offer you, by e-mail, a chance to cancel your order.

We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Office hours are 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Shipping charges for most orders are clearly displayed in our Shopping Cart. You can see exactly what your shipping charge will be before you place your order. For larger orders shipping charges are bases on current Postal and UPS rates and may include a small packing and processing charge.

Vacation Schedule

From June 15th through August 31st, we ship orders two times a week.

At Christmas and Easter, we close for one week and orders are held until we return.
